We are located in the Kalt Building on the West side of Woodward Ave. Just South of 13 mile rd.
Office Hours:
Mon: open for adminstrative work only
Tue 7:30am - 3pm Wed & Thu 9am - 5pm
Fri 7:30am - 2pm
*Sat 9-12
* We are open 2--3 Saturdays a month, please call our office in advance to ensure our office is open on the day you would like to come in. |

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Everyone at our office is at your service.
Office Visits:
Please call for an appointment at least one week before you want to see the doctor. Have your current medical insurance information available at that time. Our insurance biller will help determine what you must to prior to the office visit.
New Patients:
Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to complete the required paperwork before your appointment.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and maintained to respect the time of our patients. We attempt to appoint people in a manner, which is not rushed or congested, and every effort is made to see you at your scheduled time. Prompt arrival is greatly appreciated. No charge will be made for rescheduling your appointment. We request that 48 hours notice is given, so that the time reserved for you may be made available for other patients. If you have a personal emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations
For laser abd hair appointments, we require 48 hours notice in event of cancellation. The scheduled time has been held open for you with a technician standing by ready to serve you. If full notice is not provided, we will keep your $50 deposit. If no notice is provided, we will bill you for the amount of services reserved. Because of the 48 hour cancellation requirement, a credit card is required when scheduling services, even if payment will be made in cash, check, or by gift certificate.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be shortened so we finish on time for the next patient. The fee for the treatment will remain the same

Insurance and Payment Tips
Koger Dermatology physicians participate with most major insurance companies. However, due to the complex and ever changing health insurance environment, it is very important that our office has current and accurate information in order to process your claim promptly and correctly.
Payment: As a patient, you are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles as specified by your current insurance plan coverage. These payments must be made at the time of service.
For your convenience, you may pay by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each service. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card, or pre-payment. Please be on time or several minutes early to insure full treatment time.
